We show you how to smell fresh (almost) daily without assistance.
Not everyone likes the strong smell of deodorant or perfume. Some people are completely allergic to most types of perfume and cosmetics. We offer a variety of ways to maintain a fresh and pleasant aroma all day long without using other products.
Drink plenty of water
Water helps maintain normal perspiration and other metabolic processes, thus preventing unpleasant smells. In addition, drinking clean water can help remove odors like Onions, garlic, and coffee from your mouth. According to the World Health Organization, adults should drink 1.5-3 liters of water daily. But, of course, each person’s criteria are purely personal (also read: Filtered, bottled, or boiled: Which water is healthiest for health).
What do you eat
If possible, avoid smelly foods: Onions, garlic, etc. If you still don’t want to limit your menu, always carry gum or mouthwash. This will help freshen your breath quickly.
Use good soap
Good soap prevents bacteria from growing and keeps a clean smell for a long time. If you’re unsure which hand sanitizer or body wash to choose, look for soaps that contain natural oils and spices.
And washing powder
Choosing a good laundry detergent or gel is also important – your clothes will smell fresh for a long time, thanks to the absence of an intense hypoallergenic detergent.
Smell your bedding
If you don’t want to use perfume on your body, try spraying it or perfume on pillowcases and duvets. So you don’t smell pungent. You can also use sachet and essential oils to make sheets.
